I know that choosing the right print is important, so please choose carefully. Unfortunately Anotherside is unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you’re unsure about anything whether that's sizing, colours, or framing, I'm here to help, please feel free to reach out with any questions before placing your order.

DAMAGED ORDERS

We take the best of care in packaging your prints to ensure they arrive safely. However, on the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps so we can resolve the issue quickly:

  1. Before opening the package, take clear photos of any visible damage to the outer packaging.

  2. Once opened, take photos of the print itself, clearly showing the damage or incorrect item.

  3. Email the photos, along with your order number, to chloegordondesign@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

LOST ORDERS

If it seems like your order may have gotten lost on its way to you, please reach out to us so we can discuss finding a solution. Please note that Anotherside is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered.

ARTWORK COLOUR

We do our best to ensure that every print is represented as accurately as possible, but please keep in mind that colours may vary slightly between screen and print.

All product images are carefully crafted to reflect the artwork’s true colours, but minor variations are natural. We encourage you to consider this when making your selection, as we do not accept returns based on colour differences.
